Refund policy

Collection & Delivery:

We require a minimum of 24 hours to prepare an order. All order below R450 will be charged R100 for delivery, order overs R450 will be delivered for free of charge within the Cape Town area.

Deliveries on done on a Thursday between 09h00 and 16h00. Please not you cannot select a time of delivery and if you are not at your delivery address to receive your order you will need to collect at one of our collection points. 

Collections of orders are available at some outlets. You will be guided through this process on placing your order. 

Delivery fees:

Northern Suburbs: R80 for orders under R450,Free for orders over R450

Southern Suburbs: R150 for orders under R450,R100 for orders over R450
